VPN blocked on this network (work, school, hotel, country)
Some Wi-Fi networks block VPNs. Changing the protocol usually gets through.

Some networks block VPNs on purpose. This happens at work, at school, in some hotels, and in some countries.
1. Change the protocol to OpenVPN
OpenVPN gets through most blocks. See how on Windows or Android. On Android, choose OpenVPN (TCP 443).
2. Pick another country
Some networks block popular locations. Try a different country or city.
3. Test on mobile data
If Fortis connects on mobile data but not on this Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi is blocking VPNs. On a work or school network, only the people who run it can allow it.
Some countries restrict VPNs. You are responsible for following local law.
