Open Subscription and pick a plan
Click Subscription in the menu on the left. Under CHANGE PLAN, click the plan you want, then click Confirm change.

Check the total and click Continue to payment
A Checkout window opens. Check the Total today, then click Continue to payment. Fortis opens your web browser.

Pay in your browser
On the Secure Payment page, type your billing address, then your card number, the expiry date and the 3-digit CVC code from the back of the card. Click Pay.

Go back to Fortis
When the page shows Payment Successful!, close the browser and go back to Fortis.

The Connect screen shows SUBSCRIPTION ENDED when your plan or trial is over. Click See plans, pick a plan and pay with the steps above. See also Subscription expired or free trial ended.
