Cancel your plan or get invoices

Your card and invoices are kept on the Fortis website. Here is how to get there from the app.

    Open Subscription and scroll down

    Click Subscription in the menu on the left and scroll to the bottom of the screen.

    Click Open billing or View invoices

    Open billing lets you cancel or change your plan. View invoices shows your receipts. Both open the Fortis website. Sign in there with the same email and password as in the app. Step by step: Your account guides.

Cancelling

You keep Fortis until the end of the time you already paid for. Cancel during the free trial and you are not charged. More details: Cancel your subscription or request a refund.
