Cancel your plan

Stop paying. You keep Fortis until the end of the time you paid for.

Bought Fortis on Google Play or Amazon? Cancel there instead: see Cancel a plan bought on Google Play or Amazon.

    Click Settings, then Billing

    Settings is in the menu on the left.

    Click Disable Auto-Renewal

    It is under Change Plan.

    Click Turn off auto-renewal

    The window shows the date you keep Fortis until.

  4. 4

    Done

    You see Auto-renewal is disabled and the date your plan ends. Nothing more is charged, and we send you an email to confirm.

    Changed your mind?

    Click Subscription in the menu, then Enable Auto-Renewal.
