Cancel a plan bought on Google Play or Amazon

Store plans are cancelled in the store, not on our website.

    Google Play: open your subscriptions

    On your phone, open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Or open the page directly.

    Google Play: tap Fortis VPN, then Cancel subscription

    Follow the steps on the screen.

    Amazon: open your app subscriptions

    Sign in at amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions, find Fortis VPN and turn off Auto-Renewal.

You keep Fortis until the end of the time you paid for.
