Reset a forgotten password

Get a link by email and choose a new password in a minute.

    Click Forgot password?

    It is on the sign-in screen, under the Sign in button.

    Type your email and click Send reset link

    Use the email on your Fortis account.

  3. 3

    Open the email and choose a new password

    Click the link in the email from Fortis within one hour. No email? Check your spam folder. Then sign in to Fortis with the new password.
