Typing with a remote is slow. Signing in with a code from your phone is quicker.

Select Sign in
Sign in is the first tab at the top of the sign-in screen.

Select EMAIL ADDRESS
Press Down on the ring to EMAIL ADDRESS, then press the Select button (the centre of the ring).

Type your email
The Fire TV keyboard opens. Move with the ring and press the Select button (the centre of the ring) on each letter. @gmail and .com add those parts in one go. Choose Next when you are done.

Type your password and press Sign in
Type your password in PASSWORD the same way, then select the red Sign in button and press the Select button (the centre of the ring).
